Translation Access: support for Entity Translation

This is a nice module!

Support for Entity Translation (ET, new in D7) would be nice. With ET you do not copy the nodes, but copy the translated fields. E.g.,
- enable ET;
- create a content type with 3 fields;
- set all but 1 field to 'users may translate this field';
- set the content type to 'Translation = enabled, with field translation';
