After upgrading Panels to the latest version I no longer have the ability to control styles.

Maybe that got dropped from panels itself?

The 'administer styles' permission was messed up. It should be fixed in the latest Panels though? Make sure that your role has 'administer styles'.

This is totally a Panels issue.

Any timeline on a release containing this fix? This is a pretty major issue for sites with regular users working with panels.
