I get this message on drupal 7.12:

The requested page "/ctmbcaracal/admin/structure/views/view/catedre/edit?render=overlay" could not be found.
I cleaned the cash but same result. Image
Did you try to use "/ctmbcaracal/admin/structure/views/view/catedre/edit" URL without "?render=overlay"? It migth sound nonsense but there can be a temporary cache, browser etc. problem that gives error with overlays.

Uninstall and reinstall views and problem disappeared.
