Here is the patch.

Just changed the module exists condition alone, rels_nad_me handler working perfectly fine. Added user id validation for rels_and_me handler(Previously it was basic validation), since we are accepting only user id.

Syntactically the patch looks fine. Have you tested it? If so (and it works) then this can be committed.
