It just doesn't work. I attach the block to any page and it just doesn't appear.

Appart of that I saw is coming directly from *.tpl.php. Perhaps would be better a workaround to have it in views. That would give a little bit more of customization.

Its working with a exception, if you set the length of time to all, then its failing. In other cases its working perfectly fine. Committed a fix to dev.

Its coming from custom block, which internally calls a theme function. Still you can customize this block in its configuration settings.
