This is a request to have stevethewebguy's user account blocked. Here is the discussion that is necessitating this request:

That discussion has been moved to the Sandbox group so that new comments aren't being sent out to thousands of people, which was happening before. Several local area organizers, including myself, have tried to handle this privately by email, but so far this has been unsuccessful. Swift action by the webmaster team would be appreciated.

Moving to Drupal.org webmaster issue queue. While the inappropriate behavior occurred on groups.drupal.org, it was a misuse of Drupal.org infrastructure and a violation of the Drupal Code of Conduct.
