Create project form [#1706958]

Access this form - You can access this form or menu entry
Sandbox check is greyed - Sandbox is greyed and checked - ~~site user~~ git user
Sandbox is an option - Sandbox is not greyed and can be checked by ~~git user~~, git vetted, admin test
Project short name - When sandbox is not checked you should be able to set the project short name.

Isn't this duplicate with #1702518: Write Feature File/s for drupal.org Create Project (create_project.feature) or do I not understand all the steps/issues required for BDD stuff?

Hi dww,

The basic functionality is already done in #1702518: Write Feature File/s for drupal.org Create Project (create_project.feature) but the points in the issue summary are not done as these requirements were not mentioned at the time. So if you want to extend it, use the patch in comment #5
