Running drush pchk does not produce a colour coded status page like with Drupal 6.

If anyone has a clue as to why, please reply...

Finally discovered what this was thanks to #1860022: PHP notice: Constant REQUIREMENT_ERROR already defined in define(). Such a silly mistake, as always with these things... Fixed in D7 and after applying #1860022: PHP notice: Constant REQUIREMENT_ERROR already defined in define() in D6 as well.
