With #1722754: Set up DDCLA project and repository on Drupal.org and #1722766: Decide on codebase for DDCLA website done, we now need dev and staging environments at the following URLs:

   https://dev.ddcla.org
   https://staging.ddcla.org

SoftLayer is confirmed as the the hosting sponsor for this year's conference. They also hosted last year's DDCLA website, as well as DrupalCamp LA's websites in 2010 & 2011.

This is done. dev.ddcla.org and staging.ddcla.org are up and running, though at the moment only dev.ddcla.org has a Drupal site running. staging.ddcla.org is an empty directory and empty database.

Database names, vhosts, SSH, etc. for these sites are given on a need to know basis. To see the dev site, use the following username and password: ddcla / ddcla

The database dump that we've been using is out of date. A new dump is being copied to the /home/ddcla.org directory and will need to be imported.
