Remove contextual dependency [#1785056]

It'd be great to remove the contextual dependency from FAPE. We're looking to integrate FAPE into Panopoly but don't wish to use Contextual, and there's lots of functionality here that is useful without contextual being installed.

The following patch removes the contextual dependency and rewrites the README with updated installation instructions.

@awebb: Could you please also take a look at #1650442: Support node:author and node:created? It's been in use for months by Spark with zero issues!

Anybody with premission to update the project page with this change?

Adjusting the last paragraph as follows seems to suffice...

This module requires CTools and Entity modules. It has a soft dependency on Contextual and Panels -- you can use it without them but you will have to provide the field edit links yourself.
