I noticed that there is "Suscribe with RSS" option below the issue list of each project (eg here https://drupal.org/project/issues/project_issue?status=All&categories=All) but not for each individual issue (eg https://drupal.org/node/1804642).
Problem
You can only get notifications for new comments on Email.
Proposal
Option to also get notifications through RSS feeds.
The email notifications work great but I think RSS feeds for new comments inside issue pages would also be a very helpful option for developers.

Should it really be rebuilt inside of project issue module?
Maybe this issue can be moved to infrastructure queue to be about deploying that module? The steps for deploying it are described in http://drupal.org/node/1127876
