Social network buttons on header

Hi,

Having and issue with getting 4 social buttons to move all the way to the right side of the screen when in the "header" zone. When I look at the layout of the theme it shows the header going all the way across the screen but when I adjust the weight of the block to go all the way to the right it does not happen.

Any suggestions on how to get this social block that is assigned to the "header" to go all the way right?
