Even if the folder exists, I cannot proceed with the install at the first step. It said that the module commerce_kickstart_inline_help is missing.
I copied it in several folders like sites/all/modules and profiles/kicksrart/modules/contrib and even sites/modules, but same error

You are not supposed to move any folders after extracting the archive.

The same with rc2.

Just copy the folder:
commerce_kickstart-7.x-2.0-rc2/profiles/commerce_kickstart/modules/commerce_kickstart/commerce_kickstart_help/commerce_kickstart_inline_help

to sites/all/modules

and that's all.
