Multi-value fields get squashed together in the teaser

In the getTeaser() method of mastEntityStructureNode, we render the node's teaser build and then call strip_tags() on it. But if a multi-value field (such as field_tags) is included in the teaser, then when all the tags are stripped from it you just have text, with no spaces between separate values.
