dblogin 6.x-1.1

We change the configuration in this release. We stopped hardcoding weird things and have a more secure behavior by default to not redirect if the connection is insecure, which can be overriden in a new settings interface. The breakdown:

1. cleanup variables after uninstall
2. disable redirection by default on insecure connections (#1426432: Check for HTTPS)
3. #1786998: Don't default to aegir.koumbit.net

There was also a little bit of code cleanup in the 6.x release, which is now the default release branch.
