Seeing that the latest commit is more than a year old, it seems that this project is no longer active? However, the issue queue seems to be. Has people moved on to another module to add view permission settings also?

I hope one of the maintainers will comment on this issue, and clearify the status. I am still using this module (and fixing the bugs "by hand" when required). However, the non-maintenance approches the point where it may be relevant to invoke these procedures: http://drupal.org/node/251466

Unfortunately I had not much time to take care of the module, so I hardly participated in its d7 development. Fortunately good_man stood up to help maintaining, but it looks like he's busy otherwise lately also.

So content access could definitely need help maintaining, if you are for it please contact me. I've corrected the maintenance status on the project page.

The d7 version is imho quite ok, but I've think it would need some more love to reach the stable release.

I've taken over as a new maintainer and I am now renovating it.

It took 7 years by I know think we can move this to fixed.
