I am working on an employee/ employer website. I am new to Drupal. However, was turned to Drupal by a friend who knew what i wanted to accomplish, and have been having a fantastic time of putting it all together. However I am stuck on two issues. The first and more important one is I have a job board page and correct permissions assigned, however, I can have the employer role create job postings, but I want those that can view the job posting to also be able to see user profile and click to few the employer profile as well. I cant seem to be able to figure that aspect out. Any help would be appreciated.
The second thing I am doing is creating a search for employees that can search the company profiles, without viewing the employee profiles. These are the last few pieces I am working and hopefully I can get solved soon. Appreciate the feedback and the help!
