Send argument from one view contained at a panel to another view contained at another panel

Hi there, I've posted a previous request of help in this issue: https://drupal.org/node/1928064
But I need to add some more stuff because my issue is actually related to panels. The views that are described in the mentioned issue are contained into panels because I have a multi group (OG) site, each group with its own theme, the way I thematised the views is through panels though. I need these two views because I need to show as a block the first view which contains the options, and as content the second view which shows the results of clicking the options of first view, but I need the resulting view to be embedded at the thematised panel, because otherwise it shows the resulting view in the default site theme format.

I hope I could explain myself, please read the linked issue to have a complete picture of my problem, and I hope you can help me or advice me on what documentation should I read to find a solution to my issue.
