Weight of Manul Crop effect in imagecache cant be set

That's normal, you can't crop partly adjusted images because then there's no way of knowing what the image looks like when cropping. For example: if you crop an image of 100x100px, but the first effect already cuts of 50px on the left, then Manual Crop wouldn't know that it should show you an image of 50x100px.
