I have a menu with anchors only. Validation does not allow open validation like this #open-menu, only node22#openmenu

This module might be good work around, but it doesn't work with anchors tags. This what is does to anchor tag:

Entered: #openmenu

Generated: %23openmenu#openmenu

may I reopen this issue?

It doesn´t look like fixed. I tried also the dev-version.
Same problem like the starter.
Putting in a path like:
#anchor1
output path is:
mysite.com/#anchor1#anchor1
Re-editing the item-link, there is even this wrong path in: #anchor1#anchor1

I need it for a workaround with the module "scroll to destination anchors", where I need a dynamic menu block to scroll to anchors inside a body text.

any chance to get this fixed?
