Hi,

I don't know what I am missing. I have searched every possible place to get the solution and re-checked the display & field settings, but image description & title is not showing up. Instead of showing a image title it show the Gallery name & image 1, Gallery name & image2.....& so on. I have attached some image of my live site here,, and you can check it as well at http://jbs.megagss.com/galleries/12 .

My drupal : 7.20

PHP 5.4.8 (more information)
PHP extensions: Enabled
PHP memory limit: 128M
PHP register globals: Disabled
Plupload library: 1.5.4
Shadowbox: Installed correctly
Superfish library: Installed
Unicode library: PHP Mbstring Extension
Update notifications: Enabled
Upload progress: Enabled (PECL uploadprogress)
Web server: Apache

I was just looking for the same issue; did you have a look at this thread? http://drupal.org/node/1230908
it helped me ..
In content type, edit the image field: check "Enable Alt field" "Enable Title field", and now you get these fields to type in a title when uploading your images;
