I've a peculiar issue with auto generating aliases for Non-english. I've to do it manually. But again, they are not showing up in URL Alias list. If I use English alias for Non-English titles, they work.

Hi,
I think it's just a misconfiguration of pathauto module.
in my case unchecking "Reduce strings to letters and numbers" checkbox in pathauto setting solved the problem.
