Custom image field "signs" is added to vocabulary named "zodiac signs".Term reference field "test" is added to "article" content type with "custom term label" is configured as [term:field-sign-image:file].

Now the problem is when creating the article content type image file name is showing instead of image.

Have you tried just using [term:field-sign-image] or some other tokens to experiment that it works?

Yes I have tried [term:field_sign_image] too.Only difference is it showing complete path to the file like

http://marr.local:8008/sites/default/files/aquarius.jpg

I couldn't find any other tokens related to image field.

Try checking if you can modify how that field is output with the 'Token' view mode. See https://drupal.org/node/1299662 for more information on how to tweak the output.

token view mode works perfect.
On left side of radio symbol some rectangular element is showing with html code
<div class="no-term-reference-tree-button"></div>

Can I remove that using css?
