I test it with latest Drupal dev version.

How to reproduce:
1, Navigate to admin/structure/types/manage/article/display using IE 10.
2, Change the format of 'Tags' field from 'Link' to 'Plain text'.

It does not work.

It works on firefox.

Related to this issue i believed: #1849764: "Access Denied" for localstorage in ALL IEs (many JS are broken)

1. Press F12
2. switch to Console
3. reload the page
4. copy & paste the error.

If you see similar wording:

SCRIPT5: Access is denied.

toolbar.js, line 15 character 1

go to #1849764: "Access Denied" for localstorage in ALL IEs and report it

I tested this in IE10 with and without the overlay and everything seems to work fine. Please reopen if you can provide more detailed information about your environment or steps to reproduce the bug.
