Index Display Suite view modes with Search API Solr not working

I try to index entity view modes with search api and not rendering them every time the page reloads. This does not work with display suite view modes.
And when indexing entities, the html code doesn't include code from my DS template file. I've explored the file callback_add_viewed_entity.inc and used dsm() function to debug. I found that when rendering occures the admin theme "seven" is used.

maybe here is an expert of the theming layer and can help in the coresponding issue from the search api issue que.
