Since we are going to use this module in our project, I d like to ask
if there is any way to create multiple fields, type of Solr Document, in order to display them in the entity view page.

Till now we are able to edit the default field "Solr Document", field type of Solr Document,to display whichever solr property we want. Still we d like to be able to display multiple solr properties this way.
So, the actual question is if there such a way!

Any help or comment is more than welcome.

(kind of late... but I hope this helps)

Not sure if you are still looking at this, but the easiest way to show multiple SolrDocument properties is to generate an 'item view' Views display for a Sarnia SolrDocument item with a contextual filter based off the entity ID field you selected when creating the SolrDocument entity. Then you can select and format any of the properties exposed for display in the Sarnia index as you would any view.
