Provide a demo with admin access

Patch provided that can be deployed by going to:

This patch creates a sample page and some settings in a temporary sandbox on http://simplytest.me/ and is not intended to be committed to the module itself.

Install breaks on line 62 permalink_block.install:

// Go to the sample page.
  drupal_goto('node/1');

After site slogan, before installation message.

Remove and retry.

It works. We have to renounce to the final redirect to a node page. That would have been better for demo purpose, but we end up on the frontpage. Might be interesting to look into this.

We set it fixed for now, as it is working. Some slight changes, so a new and probably last patch for now. That'll be the one we should use for the demo link on the project page:
