I've update jQuery with https://drupal.org/project/jquery_update to the v1.8 and Drag'n'Drop Uploads broken. It works correctly only with jQuery <= 1.5.

I've debugged dragndrop_uploads.js and found solution, modified JS file attached (just some code lines added). Tested with jQuery 1.7 and 1.8.
