With patch #5 https://drupal.org/node/2038735 I still have no menu animation, depending on the browser I use:

IE10: the animation is full working: hovering the menu opens the 1st/2nd menu items with a beautifull effect.
Chrome28 and FF22: no animation: a click in the menu opens the 1st submenu without animation, a click in the 2nd menu link geve a animated effect.

Using new installed Drupal7.22 en made test with alpha4 and dev. Als tested with other themes: same effect.

Using Windows 7-64.
In Ubuntu with FF the menu animation works.

Demo site http://demo.themebrain.com/tb_sirate/ give me the same bad result: no menu animation.

My AsuS TF300 Android tablet (test with Chrome and Asus Browser)has also no menu animation as in FF and Chrome in Windows 7

Strange: on my other notebook Windows7-32 the menu animation works with all the browsers...

The first menu (level 1) is not responding with the animation effect. And level 2 (and more) only have the effect after clicking on that menu-item.
It looks like a browser that kan not use css3 and html5 when hovering over the menu.

My dev server: http://www.ambulancezorggroningen.dev-cmseasy.nl/ login with name/ww: gast/gast

The clicking throug the menu animation is shown in the zip file: jing swf movie.

Believe it or not, but using Windows 7-64 and both FF22 and Chrome, the animations of your website work like a charm.

It might be a silly question, but did you try to clear your browser's cache and stuff ?

Title: Menu animation works in IE, not in FF and Chrome » With a non touch screen windows PC and 'Tablet PC Input Service' on, FF and Chrome animate the touch.js
Status: Active » Fixed
Issue tags: +Windows, +Firefox, +Chrome, +tablet

Solved!

In windows services: stop and switch off 'Tablet PC input service'.
With this service on, FF and Chrome act as a tablet PC: animation based on touche screen.

Not Solved: for visiters of a site with TB Mega Menu installed, browsing with Chrome or Firefox on a not touchscreen PC and the Tablet service switched on.

Is it possible to solve this in a (js) script?

A number of updates and improvements have been made to the TB Mega Menu module since it was taken over by new maintainers in mid-2020. After reviewing this issue we've determined that it has either been fixed, is outdated, or represents a feature request that won't be implemented in the requested module version. Due to those findings we're closing the issue - but feel free to re-open if you determine that it's relevant after updating to the latest release of TB Mega Menu currently available for your installed version of Drupal.
