Webform Multiple Conditions

Dear,

I have the following situation, I have 2 Dropdowns:

1) List of Devices
2) List of Device Damage

When the user selects a device and damage, a price of 10 dollars should be shown.
Does anyone have an idea how to make this? I'm clueless, I've tried with webform and webform conditional but webform conditional only supports 1 condition.
