In few days the older content in OG can be buried under recent content, then a tag filter could solve this issue.

This seems like a great feature request - Thanks! However, the radar tag is generally reserved for the Commons team to organize our release targeting and since this feature isn't scheduled for development for 3.4, I'm removing the tag.
