1) installed Drupal 8 on OpenShift using https://www.openshift.com/quickstarts/drupal-8-quickstart
2) download BootStrap 8.x ready theme tar file
3) Uploaded BootStrap 8.x ready theme via admin console>appearance>theme

Upload page refreshes, no "success" message or "error" message given, Upload page is empty

4) Navigate to List page - BootStrap theme does not appear as available

I can confirm. The steps I've taken are the same but I'm using my own VPS.
