notify 6.x-1.3-alpha2

This is the second alpha release for the upcoming 6.x-1.3. Please test and report back to the issue queue.

Fixes for the following issues has been added since 6.x-1.2:

• #935458: $nodes array modified inappropriately by comment notification logic in _notify_send()
• This snapshot also fixes a bug introduced when a patch addressing the above issue was commited on on Oct. 8 2010. See #25 in the issue thread for details.
• #611456: Text in forms are not translatable
• Made sure "\n" (LF) is used for EOL inside mailings.
