Using Views Litepager on any view with Rubik causes pager to render as seen in the images.

This was actually Tao issue. Got it fixed by copying theme_pager_link from core includes/pager.inc to rubik template.php as rubik_theme_link.

I believe that problem is in Tao theme but not in views_litepager. See this issue https://www.drupal.org/node/1367208
