I assume it should be part of best practices to add a link to the configuration page of a module if possible, on the Modules administration page (at admin/modules), so that it is more obvious to users after installation on which page module should be configured (and that's part of the great features of D7).

A single line would have to be added to the baidu_analytics.info file, as follows:

configure = admin/config/system/baidu_analytics

Quick follow-up on this feature request:

Added Configure link for the Baidu Analytics module to display on module's administration page after it has been enabled.
Modified file baidu_analytics.info file as suggested in the issue summary.

I went ahead and committed the changes against the 7.x-1.x branch at 48091b8.
