As per the Module documentation guidelines, in order to comply with Drupal standards and more particularly PAReview.sh, a README.txt file would have to be added to the module.

Since Baidu Analytics' project page has been further completed and more or less stabilized, its contents could probably be used and adapted for the README.txt file.
Additionally, we could add to the project page a direct link to the README.txt file in the repository as specified in the Module documentation guidelines.

Quick follow-up on this task:

Added a new README.txt file which contains more or less the same information as module's project page.
Project page was updated to add a direct link to the README.txt file.

I went ahead and committed the changes against the 7.x-1.x branch at 637ec5e.

I allowed myself to mark this issue as fixed for now, but feel free to re-open it, or create a new ticket, at any time if you have any further objections with this issue or related commit 637ec5e (we would surely be happy to hear your feedback).
