The Authored on field in the vertical tabs needs a fieldset. The two date inputs are disjointed with a wrapper explaining the semantic relationship between them

This issue was raised during the Minnesota (Drupal Camp Twin Cities) accessibility study: https://groups.drupal.org/node/311503
Wrap the two form elements in a fieldset. The fieldset should have a legend with a label that indicates that together, these form items describe the date and time that the node as authored on.
Fix it.
A fieldset will be added.

Bojhan commentedCan we use the hidden styling for this? Having another grouping pattern in such a small area, will likely create orientation issues - which already struggle with quite a lot in the sidebar. See https://drupal.org/node/1087100 for more recommendations around this.
