CKEditor inside of colorbox_node breaks it

if you display a node with comments and have ckeditor enabled for those comments, ckeditor will break colorbox node.

if you close the opened colorbox view nothing happens, but after reopening any other colorbox link (of at least the same set)
you will get these error messages:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'clearCustomData' of null
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'document' of undefined

reopening the same link will fail without any error message and just show the throbber. The same happens for the next/ previous buttons for the rel-attribute.
