I filed this issue due to the comments there like https://groups.drupal.org/node/282908#comment-966483 .leave this issue for the webmasters they will decide what to do with this.

Unless I'm missing something here, this was a comment about Hostgator in a thread asking for comments about Hostgator. Here's my definition of spam:

1) Promotional (typically links to a for-profit website)
2) Off-topic
3) Usually posted by a bot

The comment in question here matches #1, but does not match #2 nor #3. If we counted everything that matched #1 as spam, many active contributors on Drupal.org would have their account blocked.

If Noori starts posting comments about Hostgator in threads that are not related to Hostgator, let's revisit.
