Add initiative for people to complete and contribute courses -userpoints or Khan Academy style badges maybe? +many for gamification.

It would be awesome to achieve a badge like "Drupal Core Ninja" or "Site Building Master". What does others say about this? I personally like it. I'm adding it to optional features list for Migrate DrupalLadder.org to Drupal 8 @ GSoC 2014
