Hi,

I have a workflow setup where users of a particular role can review a submitted form, and push it to the next stage.
Currently workflow allows only one user to this process. How to configure such way more than one user can able to review and if all the review users clicked next stage button then node workflow status move to next stage.

With regards,
tssarun.

At the moment, this is not possible. (I remember reading another issue with the same request, but I cannot findit again.)

We might try to setup a model how this should work, but don't expect it te be realized in the near future (Unles you provide patches yourself).

I can see the following model (which can actually work ATM):
-Set up a Workflow with (1) draft, (2) ready for review, (3) reviewed, (4) needs work and (5) published.
- Author makes a draft content (1)
- Editor sets the status to 'ready for review' (2) so the reviewers can see the content.
- Editor also sets a 'review before' date (Eg, sep 1st). The date can be
-- a Field,
-- or a scheduled transition to 'reviewed' per sep 1st.
- Reviewers can see content with status 'ready for review', 'reviewed' and 'needs work' (2, 3, 4).
- Reviewers may set content from (2) to (3) or (4) and from (3) to (4).
- For all content with status 'reviewed' and a date in the past, execute transition from (3) to (5)
-- Via views/vbo: select all content with status reviewed and dat in the past. Execute transition from (3) to (5)
-- via Editor: manually
-- via Rules
-- via the planned transition.

This may work for you. There are some flaws:
- only the first reviewer sees the status 'needs review'. The others already see 'needs work' or 'reviewed.'
-- a) you would need a per-user status,
-- b) or you would force the reviewers to only add 'scheduled transitions'
- the Workflow module does not support immediate transitions while a planned transition exists. (Technically it does, but not supported in UI)
- the Workflow module does not support multiple scheduled transitions per node. In the above scenario, you would have the following scheduled transitions:
-- from 'needs review' to 'reviewed' with comment at sep 1st by reviewer1
-- from 'needs review' to 'needs work' with comment at sep 1st by reviewer2
-- from 'needs review' to 'reviewed' with comment at sep 1st by reviewer3
-- from 'reviewed' to 'published' without comment at sep 2st by editor. (This should not be executed if a reviewer sets the status to 'needs work')

Crossposting: below issues both regard the situation "change immediate state, while having a scheduled transition":
#2097401: Multi review
#189572: Add ability to schedule a State change at node creation (not only when editing existing nodes)
