This is an odd bug, whereby I have three payment methods enabled, however none of them are showing in the rules section, which means that I cannot disable any of them or change the rules associated with it. Any idea why this might be happening?

This appears to have been introduced in the UI update added in the last commit.

I am working on a fix now - should be sorted today.

The problem was with rules activation - the owner of the rule was being changed and therefore it was no longer appearing in the list.

This patch modifies the approach for updating the rules.

Ignore this patch... looks like this is actually a Rules issue introduced in Rules 2.5
