After updating code with patch from https://drupal.org/node/1333362#comment-6486852 I've added the rules functionality. With this patch it is possible to create rules based on sending and receiving vinculum event.
After patching it's easy to create flexible alerts, comments or anything that rules can do... You will find useful to install the Message module to store each vinculum as a message type, and to take advantadge of the power of views.
*It's a mandatory step to patch with https://drupal.org/node/1333362#comment-6486852 ( #13 ) before.
