Description:
Up to this change, Drupal 8 still downloaded Drupal 7 translations when being installed. That was not very true to our intent of downloading actual version-matching translations. Although we don't have the final solution yet (which will require some server side changes as well to how we serve translations), Drupal 8.x-dev will now download alpha2 translations at least (and once beta versions are available, beta1, and once rc versions are available rc1). Happy translation testing!
