Hi,
After uninstallation, I go to a content type to edit the comment settings, errors prompted as follows, already cleared cache, problem still persists.
Notice: Undefined index: comment_node_support_ticket in _entity_translation_field_desc() (line 1608 of E:\Websites\Real\sites\all\modules\entity_translation\entity_translation.module).

jetwodru commentedNow more conflicts with other modules found after uninstallation, during configuring field permissions,
Notice: Undefined index: comment_node_support_ticket in _field_ui_bundle_admin_path() (line 325 of E:\Websites\modules\field_ui\field_ui.module).
Notice: Undefined index: comment_node_support_ticket in field_permissions_overview() (line 357 of E:\Websites\sites\all\modules\field_permissions\field_permissions.admin.inc).
How to fully get rid of Support Ticketing System safely ? Is my system totally screwed up ? I'd reinstalled, disabled and uninstalled a few times, clear cache, problems still persist. Thanks

jetwodru commentedHi,
I manually checked thru all the mysql tables and found that the keyword support_ticket is still scattered around in the database after uninstallation, I doubt if it's ok to leave it in the database or rework a new one from the scratch. Sadly said that it's time-consuming to rework all. It's an eyesore to clients to see all the undefined errors randomly caused by the uncleaned support_ticket links when working with other modules, thanks
