After uninstallation, I go to a content type to edit the comment settings, errors prompted as follows, already cleared cache, problem still persists.

I tried to reinstall the support module, disable and uninstall it, list of following errors occur during uninstallation

Now more conflicts with other modules found after uninstallation, during configuring field permissions,

How to fully get rid of Support Ticketing System safely ? Is my system totally screwed up ? I'd reinstalled, disabled and uninstalled a few times, clear cache, problems still persist. Thanks

Hi,
I manually checked thru all the mysql tables and found that the keyword support_ticket is still scattered around in the database after uninstallation, I doubt if it's ok to leave it in the database or rework a new one from the scratch. Sadly said that it's time-consuming to rework all. It's an eyesore to clients to see all the undefined errors randomly caused by the uncleaned support_ticket links when working with other modules, thanks
