[complex] set up Jenkins to run installation

Lets have Jenkins set up to do a following job:
- checkout latest make file and build a distro (drush make build-pp.make)
- install Propeople profile and make sure it is installable (lets do this with drush for now)

We should run this job every day (once a day). And we should be able to run it on demand. So it can be triggered by developers time to time.
