The current view export does not include the jQuery effects settings, which consequently omits them from features modules.

Yes, I did change from HitmanInWis to brettbirschbach. Other tickets that have been attributed were originally committed referencing hiitmaninwis - at this point it might have to reference brettbirschbach. Thanks for the attribution!
