Description:
Internal storage of content field data changed so that there is no need to migrate data from one storage model to another when changing field translatability. This means that no confirmation forms and no costly / time consuming / error prone batch processes are required that you need to wait around for and the decision to make a field translatable is quickly reversible if done wrong. This applies to all interaction points for field language changes (eg. per field configuration and overall content configuration as well).
