1. Select media
2. Select Library tab ithe media browser ifram
3. Write something in file name
4. While the ajax indicator is spinning, write again in the file name field
5. The iframe gets reloaded with a url as this one: http://domain/es?filename=c44&type=All&sort_by=timestamp&sort_order=DESC, so the browser iframe content gets replaced by the front page itself. This doesn't happen always, but it's quite common in Google Chrome.
Sounds to me as it has to be happened to someone before, but I've trying to find it in the issues list and I can't find anything related.
