The git administrators disagree if that project should be approved or not.

It is already clear that the user should not be granted the git vetted user role for that project, so we only need to figure out if we want to manually promote that single project or not.

Unfortunately it seems that we are not finding consensus in that project application, so I think it would make sense for the technical working group to make a decision or elaborate on the policy to approve projects so that we can make a decision.
